...The author talks about the climate changing and the earth warming up. Global warming is on the increase and the world's habitats are on the decrease."The climate is changing. The earth is warming up, and there is now overwhelming scientific consensus that it is happening, and human-induced. With global warming on the increase and species and their habitats on the decrease, chances for ecosystems to adapt naturally are diminishing." (P.1) The US and some other countries are opposing climate change treaties. "The United States plus a few other countries, and many large corporations, have opposed climate change treaties seemingly afraid of profit impacts if they have to make substantial changes to how they do business." (P.1) The mainstream is worried about climate change impacts and the discourse seems to have shifted accordingly. "Climate justice" is typically ignored by many rich nations and their mainstream media. This next quote is a very good graph of the percentage rate from 1800-2050 by Martin Khor. "Yet, by 2050 when certain emission reductions are needed by, their reduced emissions will still add up to be over their fair share.
It is likely that rich countries will emit 200 gigtons of carbon more than what it would under a fairer allocation. (That is, they will likely emit a total of 325 gigatons out of a maximum of 600gt by 2050)

...This URL has a lot of different options to go to about the global warming issue. Climate change and the global warming issue has the attention of people from all around the world. There is a lot of debating about personal, political and corporate issues. "Climate change, specifically global warming, has captured the attention of people worldwide and has inspired more debate and action—personal, political and corporate—than perhaps any other environmental issue in history."

Against The Issue

Mytan, C. (1-25-06). Global Warming is Not an "Environmental Problem9357532". Retrieved January 25, 2012 from http://www.radioopensource.org/global-warming-is-not-an-environmental-problem/
...This source is a downloaded radio and takes no reading and is free. The radio talker guy says that its not the planet having a problem it is the people. "It's not the planet that's having an environment problem. It's us and the people that's having a habitat problem." (First couple sec. of the radio source) He believes that it is not our problem and that it's the environmentalist's problem. He finds that the polar icecaps are sort of shrinking. Michael Shellenberger wrote an obit about the global warming issue. He is a man that does an environmentalist job and does this type of research so he knows what the issue is and what might happen if it isn't encountered.

...The author of this article believes that global warming is not a problem. The author found scientific measurement of the global temperature and that the global temperature is not rising. People argue that increase in global temperatures we are seeing could just be a natural climate shift. It's either that or it could be due to other factors than greenhouse gases. There are so many different reasons but some to argue this one. "Some argue any increase in global temperatures we are seeing could be a natural climate shift, or it could be due to other factors than greenhouse gases." (P.1) The author of this article shows a lot of great information that is very helpful. The author says that technology will find a way to help us out of the global warming screw up. In their policies, there will be unnecessary harm than good. "Technology will find a way to get us out of the global warming mess, so any change in our policies will ultimately be unnecessary and cause more harm than good."(P.1)
